Reliable Yardworks was hired in 2017 to install pavers around a clients pool area. Approximately 10 months later the pavers unfortunately started to discolor. Reliable Yardworks worked closely with the client and Unilock to discuss the concerns and solve the problem. We were able to secure new pavers, tore up the failed pavers, redesigned the backyard pool space and walkway at no cost to the customer. At Reliable Yardworks we take pride in our workmanship, and even though this wasn’t an install issue, we fixed free of charge. Today our client is very happy with the final results and the level of service and care we put into their property. This project took approximately 2 months from start to finish and was completed in October 2019.
